SHIPPING FAQ
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We are generally always on a 7-10 day turnaround time. This timeline excludes Sunday's from our processing time. Then please allow 3-5 days in the mail depending on location.
How Do I Know When My Order Ships?
– All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. If you did not receive a tracking email please check your email address is correct on the order.
– We typically ship through USPS and UPS. International orders may differ.
– Please note that incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
– We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please let us know if any of these happen.
– We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that delays are possible. We typically ship out orders in batches 2-3 times a week.
– If you have multiple orders during our shipping period will will do our best to ship them together and refund any overages.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Being a small shop, we do not accept returns on products. If an item should arrive damaged, please reach out to us at willowbeesigns@gmail.com and we will work through how to proceed with a replacement.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! You are welcome to choose local pick-up at check-out and all shipping charges will be removed and you can pick-up your order at our shop. We will send an email when your order is complete with further details on how to pick-up.
SIGN FAQ
Do you take custom orders?
We do not take any complete custom orders at this time. We do offer a large variety of customizable signs in our shop though that can be found under CUSTOM SIGNS.
Can my sign be hung outside?
In general, our signs are intended for indoor use only. You can hang them outside/under a covered porch, please just know the longevity of them will be much shorter. You can spray them with a clear coat to help with the elements if necessary.
Do you offer wholesale options to retailers?
Yes! We would love to partner with you if you are a fellow retailer looking to carry our signs in your store. We manage all wholesale orders through Faire and you can start shopping from the link above if you are an interested retailer.
